How it works
Start the fix the day a decision is lost.
A trigger reads the same decision changes the notification bell and the weekly email report. Choose what it listens for (a decision flipping to Lost or Weak, or a competitor taking a decision over), narrow it by prompt tag, assistant, market or impact, and choose what it does: create an action from your own wording, optionally assigned to someone, or start a playbook with the decision as its input. A playbook’s review steps still apply and nothing is published on its own. Before saving, try it on the last 30 days to see how often it would have acted. Each trigger acts on a question at most once a week, a brand’s triggers act at most 10 times a day (3 of them playbook runs), and the plan’s limits apply as for a person. Every change a trigger acted on or skipped, and why, is in the trigger history and the audit log; actions it made say which trigger made them. Editors manage triggers; viewers can read them.
What you can do with it
- Create an action for every high-impact decision that flips to Lost
- Start a comparison playbook when a named competitor takes a question over
- Assign new losses on one market to the person who owns it
- Check on the last 30 days how often a rule would have acted before switching it on
