4.3 Free Trial & 4.4 Cancellation

Free trials convert to paid at the end unless canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided only as required by law.

The Service is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display it to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

8.2 Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
