1. Agreement to Terms

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans. Details are on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any plan at any time.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

4.3 Free Trial & 4.4 Cancellation

A free trial ends after its stated period and does not turn into a paid subscription unless you choose a plan and provide payment details. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided only as required by law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our IP

The Service is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit and of content we read from services you connect. By submitting it or connecting a service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display it to provide the Service.

6. User Content and Data

You are solely responsible for your content. We may remove content that violates these Terms. You may export your data at any time; we provide export opportunity upon account termination.

If you connect a conversation tool such as Gong, Intercom, Zendesk or HubSpot, you confirm that you may share those conversations with us for this purpose. We process them on your behalf, only to find the questions buyers ask, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

8.2 Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GEO Style, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or your Content.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate for violations, non-payment, or as required by law. Upon termination, your access ceases. See our Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of our jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations, then mediation, then binding arbitration. You waive class action rights.

12. General Provisions

These Terms, with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement. We may modify these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
