How it works

Do the work most likely to change an answer.

Actions gathers the suggested work from your decisions, your site checks and the sources the assistants cite into one queue with one order. Each action says what to change and which decision or page it is about. Accept it, assign it, and mark it done. Once it is done, its decision is compared with similar questions nobody acted on, and Impact shows whether it worked. Community opportunities are Reddit threads, Quora and Stack Exchange questions and forum threads that the last 30 days of answers cite for decisions you are losing (or close ones a competitor wins): one per thread, with the decisions it is cited for, which competitors those answers name, and guidance to answer as an identified employee within the community’s rules, with facts you have approved and no vote games. GEO Style never posts anything; a Reddit thread that looks older than about seven months is likely archived, so the suggestion is a new post or the subreddit’s FAQ instead, and it ranks lower. Refresh suggestions are pages of your own site that answers cite clearly less than in the 30 days before (at least 3 answers before), or that were last updated over a year ago while still cited, with the competitor pages the answers cite instead; “Draft a refresh” opens a content draft with that brief. Other suggestions about the same page or thread fold into one row, and only the first 3 community and 5 refresh suggestions count at full weight, so they can’t crowd the list. Filter the list to either kind.
