Example data: The correction clock on the Reputation risk page: the wrong claim “Your brand has no built-in forecasting”, checked against the approved fact that forecasting is included in every plan. Perplexity was right after 9 days, Gemini after 12 days; ChatGPT is still wrong on day 14.

How it works

Know how long assistants take to correct you.

Approve the facts about your brand — prices, delivery, returns, what you sell — and every answer is checked against them. A contradiction becomes an incident, grouped across answers, with the day it was first seen wrong, the fix you made and the first day each assistant got it right. A person confirms each incident, and each one comes with a fix action. Once the fix is done, the truth in the wrong claim’s own terms is proposed as a draft fact for you to approve, so drafts answer that misconception directly and the check catches it if it comes back. The median days to correct shows how quickly the assistants pick up your changes. Facts are managed under Setup → More → Claims.

What you can do with it

  • Find answers that contradict your approved facts
  • Follow a wrong claim until every assistant corrects it
  • See the median days to correct for each assistant
  • Turn an incident into a fix action
