How it works
Take the numbers where they are needed.
Reports downloads brand data, mentions and citations, shares a read-only report through a link that expires after 7, 30 or 90 days, and sends daily, weekly or monthly reports by email or as files. Send to a bucket or warehouse writes answers, mentions, citations, visibility by day, daily scores, decisions and actions every day or week: as CSV or JSON Lines files to your own Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2, Google Cloud Storage or MinIO bucket, one file per dataset and day with a manifest, or into one table per dataset in BigQuery (with a service account key) or Snowflake (with key-pair sign-in), where a day loaded again replaces that day’s rows and a manifest table lists each load. It keeps a run log; a failed run is retried, and owners and admins are told when it keeps failing. Keys are stored encrypted and never shown again. The GEO Style connector for Looker Studio reads the same datasets live with the brand’s API key; until it is in the Looker Studio gallery, it is shared by link on request. A share link or a scheduled email can also carry one of your dashboards. Exports, schedules, share links and exports to a bucket or warehouse come with Pro and Enterprise.
